he aim of the program is to raise professionals who have internalized the concepts and principles related to the field, can approach to the elderly with a holistic point of view, who love and respect people, are tolerant and patient, provide treatment, support and rehabilitation services, can combine theoretical knowledge with practice, can fulfill the requirements of the profession, and know the characteristics and needs of the elderly.
The program aims to train individuals who have sufficient background in the subjects related to education, care and social services, who can interpret and evaluate data using their knowledge and skills, can identify problems and develop solutions, can identify and effectively use the methods, technical services and technologies required for applications in the field, create solutions to unexpected problems encountered in applications, take responsibility in working groups or have the ability to work individually, and communicate effectively.
