Opticianry

The program aims to train health technicians who give utmost importance to human health, are legally responsible for making agreements with official institutions and executing the provisions of optics agreements, can select and prepare the appropriate optical elements for the elimination or alleviation of the refractive error or vision disorders specified in the prescriptions of the patients diagnosed by ophthalmologists.

The program aims to raise ethical and reliable individuals who have internalized the ethical rules of the profession, can use their educational background in professional life, and can act in accordance with the responsibilities of a health technician.

Graduates of the program can work as opticians in their own optical stores, as managers in optical stores, in factories where eyeglasses and frames are produced, and in companies where optical equipment is imported and exported.

Quota: 65 for Daytime Education, 50 for Evening Education
