Emergency and First Aid

he aim of the program is to train well-equipped health technicians who can provide basic and advanced life support to patients and accident victims as part of pre-hospital emergency health services, recognize critical situations and apply emergency care, and ensure safe transportation of patients or injured people to hospitals. Graduates who successfully complete the program receive an associate degree in Emergency and First Aid and the title of "Health Technician".

Our students can also obtain a bachelor's degree by taking the DGS vertical transfer exam or the Remote Degree Completion Program after they graduate. The program students can transfer to the bachelor's degree programs of Emergency Aid and Disaster Management, Nursing and Health Services with the DGS vertical transfer examination. They can have degrees in Emergency Aid Disaster Management, Human Resource Management, Occupational Health and Safety, Health Management, and Social Work with the Remote Degree Completion Program.

Graduates of the program can be employed in 112 emergency aid services, private ambulance companies, and public or private hospitals, in line with their qualifications.

The department offers double major opportunities with Anesthesia and Elderly Care Services.

Quota: 65 for Daytime Education, 50 for Evening Education
